"We enjoy staying at this property for the 4 days.It should be noted that the cleanliness overall was not at par, around and behind the main sofas were not clean and full of dirts and some spider webs, that sb looked into by the host. The host was very responsive. Apart from this cleanliness issue and some small ants we noticed around the kitchen counter area, it was okay, not excellent for the price. The keyed door lock also gave us some problems with opening and closing, maybe new batteries are needed?"

"Checking in at the front desk, which had a Plexiglass screen, did not give a good first impression. While we were checking in, another guest was complaining to another receptionist about the fact that he had been at the hotel for 3 days and that the TV in his room was still not working despite having complained each day. From there, we took the elevator, which was painted red in the company colors. However, there was a 2 - 3 square inch section of the red paint that had flaked off revealing part of the previous owner's logo. From there, we got off the elevator at the 4th floor and walked along the corridor to our room. Halfway to our room, There was a plastic waste bin in the middle of the floor to catch water dripping from the ceiling. the mattresses in our room were decades old. That said, we slept OK, but on the way out, there was only coffee available. Breakfast is not served. Definitely not up to the standard of other hotels in the area."

"When I entender room 505 I went straight to the bathroom and was greeted by a medium size roach crawling around the sink. I quickly disposed of it and made my way to the bed to check for bedbugs. It was then I discovered yet another roach crawling on the front of the headboard. I wanted to leave the hotel but it was already 11:30 pm and I had to be up at 4am. I TRIED TO CALLED THE FRONT DESK BUT THE PHONE DIDNT WORK, so I gathered my belongings and made my way downstairs. I showed the woman at the front desk videos of the roaches and she was able to change my room. I slept in room 510 with my rain coat, jeans, socks and hoodie on. I also kept some of the lights on. I saw no further signs of unwanted tiny visitors."

"My only complaint was the iron that had black scorch marks on it and the water leaked out from the lower holes on the iron plate. I had even called ahead to make sure our room had iron/board…our mini fridge also had a strong unpleasant odor. Other than those two issues room was clean, staff was most helpful and the breakfast was decent with many options. Thank you for providing us with a pleasant stay as our daughter graduated from University at Nassau Coliseum. Location was perfect!👌 Enjoyed our stay, will be back."
