Exceptionally clean, convenient location and great food at restaurant next door. Laundromat on site, parking in front of door. Quiet neighborhood. Microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator in room.

On the outside it doesn’t look like much but the rooms are nice. A little dated, but it’s not the ritz. I would stay here again no questions asked

They could use some higher wattage bulbs around the sink - available light was very poor for shaving. Bedside lamps could stand an upgrade on wattage as well.

One night stay...
No frills motel perfectly priced for a place to sleep. Comfortable bed, ac worked perfectly considering how hot it was, tv with a lot of channels, mini frig, and microwave. Only negative was the light fixture in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. Even with that I would stay here again for the price.

I had an overnight for a family funeral. The room was perfect for my needs-extra clean, comfortable, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, ecnomical. I would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

After having a long drive, it was nice to rest and sleep in a place that was clean, quiet and inexpensive. It is an older hotel/motel, but the bedding and bed were super clean and comfortable. The towels were small, thin and older, but were still clean. The outside of the building is old, but again, once you go inside your room, it has been updated with newer laminate flooring and it is clean. Furniture is all old as well. This place is a great option when you’re passing through for one night.

Just love the coziness of the rooms with old style wood paneling but modern bathroom. Next to great restaurant, across from park and near gas station and other restaurants/fast food. Only grip is the train blows it's horn at 6 in the morning all the way through town but that's not Parks Inn's fault.

Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Clean bathroom with great shower pressure. so affordable as well. Diner right in the patking lot & Mexican Restaurant right across the street. Lovely city park within walking distance also.

We stayed there on a long trip home from a funeral. The bed was fairly comfortable and, the room was clean. The pillows were a little lacking but, it was a good experience for the most part. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Nothing really unique, just a nice clean room, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Other than a train going by once a night, very quiet. The train didn't bother me, reminded me of my first home and growing up.

Okay for overnight
My rating reflects the exterior and the interior. The exterior is extremely sketchy - we had second thoughts about checking in. However, the room itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bed was comfortable snd area was quiet. We were there only one night so it served the purpose.
