Former stable renovated into a self-contained gîte, located near a farming activity (dairy cows and flour processing), 32 km from Nantes and Saint-Nazaire.
Private enclosed courtyard of 50 m² (north-facing). Laundry room accessible from the outside.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) and shower room/toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: queen-size bed, 2: two single beds).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, baby cot/high chair.
Included: sheets.
Not included: electricity, aerothermal underfloor heating, towels, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is available for business guests (€65).
