The property, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is entirely fenced and consists of two independent houses: Casa Marta and Casa Rina. • Each house has its own private access and a large, fully fenced private garden of 400 m2 separated from the other garden. Between the two houses there is a wonderful centuries-old oak tree. Outdoor space with garden furniture, sunbeds and deckchairs for both houses. The house described below is CASA MARTA. Lake Bolsena is 25 km away while the source of the Nova stream is just 700 meters from Casa Marta. The sea is located about 50 minutes by car from CASA MARTA (Albinia). The wonderful village of Civita di Bagnoregio (VT) is 50 km away. Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana are also destinations for tourist excursions. Monte Amiata is located just 30 minutes from Pitigliano. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Haus umgibt ein großer umzäunter Garten.
