We have private driveway parking for up to four vehicles (it will be tight with four vehicles, and one may have to park on the shoulder). 48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting off-site for keys; just arrive at the cabin! Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or late check-out. This is a large cabin that requires extra time to prepare for the next guests. The hot tub is all ready for you and should NOT be set lower than 100 degrees or more than 104 degrees at all times. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. More details will be sent in our Welcome Letter five days prior to arrival. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Pet policy: In an effort to be considerate of guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed, and the policy is strictly enforced. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! It accommodated our family ranging ages 3-80 perfectly. It was super clean and we enjoyed the views from the hot tub. There is also a grocery store right around the corner which was super helpful! If you follow the host's directions to the home, you are on easy roads the whole way. Central to Gaitlinburg, Dollywood, Great hiking, and downtown Seiverville. We used every inch to the cabin...including the hot tub and the fire pit area. With younger children and a large group it was easier for us to eat in rather than go out and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans as well as a griddle and crockpot plus the grilling tools which we also used! Everything you see in the photos are exactly what you get! Don't hesitate! The property owners are really great at answering questions and giving a lot of information! They are extremely accessible. The views are spectacular - the location is peaceful! Our family had a special time being together and celebrating the Christmas season! There are so many wonderful amenities - one example is the kitchen, as it is super well stocked making meals easy to prepare and to cook during our stay. Tabor and Katie are superb, kind owners! This is our 4th year doing our annual girls weekend trip and this was by far the best cabin yet. The location was great and the house had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked; the best I've seen yet in a cabin! There were plenty of rooms and space for the 8 of us to spread out, but yet the living room and dining area was perfect for time together and meals. The hot tub was fantastic and the cabin was beautifully decorated. The management team was amazing as well! They responded immediately to any inquiries, and even sent a detailed message with things to do in the area and good eats around. I would absolutely book this cabin again! ##### Jamie F.
