The stay was beautiful, although we did have a bit of a hiccup on the first day: as there was garbage rotting all over the front porch…the host had very good communication and was very good about having someone clean it soon as possible. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils, towels, and soap. We saw lots of animals such as cranes, beavers, frogs, bunnies, as well as a very friendly cat who stopped by frequently (make sure to keep doors closed, the cat ran in the house). Overall we had a great stay and had lots of fun! ##### Shantay M. Having a game room is an excellent idea for a rental and the swim spa is lovely. The river is beautiful. Look for wildlife all over. Lots of rabbits, a beaver and birds, including an Osprey family at the nearby Frankford Tourist Park. The area around and in Frankford is great for exploring, walking, etc. There is a rail trail next door to the property for walking/biking. Be mindful of some quirks that have resulted from quick construction work. Bring your own soap, and if you would like more than 1 towel, bring one. ##### Captn 8. The beds are extremely comfortable and they’ve put some higher end items here but it is obviously still being renovated/updated. Once all of the upkeep is finished it has the potential to be amazing.
