"Unbelievable view from our room. Staff was so attentive and accommodating. Our room had a hot tub and private pool. It is away from Fira and Oia, but we wanted a quiet place away from the cruise ship traffic. But not too far away for when we wanted to see those towns. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Santorini."

"Beautiful hotel and spectacular view from Room 123!!! We loved this site and the location. However, the climb to the hotel must be a consideration, as it is quite a walk up alleys and stairs with the luggage. Breakfast was also delicious. We would return!"

"Even before we arrived the staff was prompt and helpful answering my questions about the property and local area. We loved our stay at Grand View Hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were perfectly appointed in beautiful traditional Cycladic style: bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are immaculate,and the hotel is nestled into the cliffside with absolutely gorgeous views, especially at sunset. The pool was refreshing after a hot day exploring Santorini, and everything we had from the pool bar was fresh and delicious. The location was also perfect for us. It’s only about a five-minute walk into Megalochori, a beautiful historic village with charming streets, great taverna dining, and a winery nearby. A beautiful, relaxing place to stay in Santorini. We would absolutely recommend Grand View!"

"Really clean room and a nice, quiet area which avoids the crowds. There was a smart TV which had access to Netflix - this is something you don’t see very often and so we were pleasantly surprised. The lady who checked us in was very helpful in recommending places to eat and sights to check out. The pool was sanitary and cleaned daily which was lovely. My only thing is that house keeping was an additional charge of €20. It would have been lovely to have fresh towels and a daily bed sheet change. It would’ve been nice if they left some cleaning supplies e.g. mop to clean the bathroom as the showers don’t have a door and so the floors were very wet and slippery."

"The hotel was really nice, and overall we had a great experience. However, I was expecting our room to be directly in front of the ocean, similar to what was shown in the photos on the website. Unfortunately, the actual room and view were different from what I expected. I just wish the photos had been a little more representative of the room we were given."

"Santorini Sky is a beautiful place, but what really made our stay special was the people. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was warm, welcoming and kind. Nothing felt like too much trouble, recommending somewhere to visit or simply checking that we had everything we needed. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and everyone we met seemed genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. Our villa was spotless when we arrived and was kept that way throughout our stay. The room, bathroom and outside areas were immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were cleaned and checked every day. The housekeeping team clearly take enormous pride in what they do, but they were also friendly, thoughtful and considerate whenever we saw them. What stood out most was the kindness shown by the whole team. It never felt forced or rehearsed; it was simply part of the atmosphere of the place. There were so many small touches and friendly conversations that made us feel at home. The team seemed to notice what guests might need before they even had to ask. The views and setting are every bit as impressive as the photographs suggest, but it is the staff who give Santorini Sky its character. Their warmth, care and attention turned an already wonderful location into somewhere truly memorable. We left feeling extremely well looked after and would return without hesitation. Ian & Kristee"

"We arrived at Skyfall suites and were immediately impressed. From the start to the finish. The service was top notch, we even did a spa day and had the best massages/facials. The view was so beautiful and I would highly recommend this resort! Thank you sky fall for making our honeymoon magical!"
