Welcome to the Moulin de Pouyhéré, an old Landes mill dating from 1816 carefully renovated to offer a unique place where historical charm, modern comfort and preserved nature are combined. Nestled in the heart of the Landes forest, with no neighbours, the property extends over a 5-hectare wooded area with swimming pool, bowling alley, football field, trampoline... Here, time slows down: the estate offers a unique setting to recharge your batteries, enjoy and find yourself!

🌿 A timeless stay in a historic place in the heart of the Landes

Welcome to a unique place surrounded by nature where you can meet with family or friends to slow down and enjoy.

The building is a renovated old mill which offers 300 m² of space spread over two levels, combining the charm of the old and comfort for group stays.

✨ On the ground floor are the living rooms that invite you to share: a convivial dining room, a living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with fireplace and a laundry room (washing machine + dryer available).

🛏 The rooms are divided between the ground floor and the ground floor where we find the very beautiful pieces of the mill framework of the time.

On the ground floor, we find:
- a bedroom for 2 people with its private bathroom (35m²)
- a bedroom for 2 people with its private bathroom (26m²)
These two bedrooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility.PGJyPg
Upstairs, a landing with a play area for children leads to three private areas to accommodate young and old:
- a bedroom for 2 people with a dressing area containing 1 additional child bed (51 m²)
- a bedroom for 2 people with a dressing area containing 1 additional child bed (32 m²)
- A bedroom for 4 people with an additional child bed (26 m²)
- A shared bathroom with shower and bath.

To complete the main building, an old sheepfold has been renovated and transformed into a place of relaxation for families and friends (independent TV lounge with console available + yoga/weight training area turned towards nature with en-suite shower room).

🌳 A private estate of 5 hectares. Here there are no neighbours, no noise... only nature.

Swimming pool, walks in the forest, games of pétanque with friends, jogging in the pines, football matches for the children or napping in the shade... everyone lives the stay at their own pace.

The mill is a place designed to recharge your batteries.
