The resort of Les Arcs was awarded the Flocon Vert label in December 2020, granted
by the certification committee, Mountains Riders, the association that administers the label.
Les Arcs thus becomes the first resort in Savoie to obtain this certification,
guaranteeing its commitment to a policy of sustainable development.

The larch wood terrace was renovated in 2019, the parquet flooring in the lower part of the flat was refitted in August 2022 and the bathroom floor in April 2026.

At the foot of the slopes: a ski lift completely refurbished in 2024, less than 100 m from the block (Jardin Alpin) on the way down :-)

1 ski cupboard with shelves for ski boots (for everyone’s comfort, ski boots, snowboard boots and winter sports equipment are not permitted inside the flat)

Provided:
2 duvets for a 190x200 bed and 2 duvets for a 90x190 bed, with 6 pillows.

Disposable mattress and pillow protectors provided. Bed linen and towels not provided.
Bed linen and towels can be hired from the Conciergerie des Montagnes.

Ski locker and bicycle storage available

Pets not permitted.
For the comfort of all guests, the flat is a non-smoking property.

Security deposit:
900 euros, which will not be cashed and will be returned following the inventory check and the return of the keys.


Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, the flat must be left in a reasonably clean condition, out of consideration for our cleaning contractor (a hoover and cleaning products are provided).

Wi-Fi:
There is no Wi-Fi inside the flat, but the resort’s (weak) network can be picked up from time to time.
