Super semaine, mise à part l état des lieux avec la personne qui gérait la conciergerie. Nous avons rendu l appartement plus propre que quand nous sommes rentrés dedans. La personne a vraiment cherché la petite bête pour rien.. Dommage

Studio spacieux à moderniser

Logement bien situé, lumineux et spacieux pour un studio. L'immeuble est au calme et bien équipé en ascenseurs. En revanche une partie du mobilier/équipement est très vétuste et mériterait d'être renouvelée: la literie du canapé/ le four en équilibre avec une porte qui ne ferme pas complètement/ les plaques de cuisson très anciennes....

quantité de neige et plein soleil en avril!

nous ne skions plus que 3 heures par jour; nous avons pu profiter du balcon plein Sud l'après-midi. l'accueil a été très apprécié; car les déplacements et les achats à Arc 2000 sont loin d'être simples. Merci à Sylvie. nous sommes toujours sous le charme des logements conçus par Charlotte Perriand, cet appartement en est un bel exemple; il est en plus pourvu de toutes les commodités. bref nous y reviendrons

Studio appréciable et fonctionnel

Espace à vivre pour 4 ( 2 adultes 2 ados) très fonctionnel, simple et propre. Accès pistes facile. Local à ski dans l appartement pratique, avec rayonnages et bacs. Couchages Ras. Résidence un peu à l l'écart , calme, ce qui est appréciable pour le bruit produit par les bars et restos au cœur d arc 2000. Le temps était de la partie donc bon séjour!

Super localisation!

Appartement propre et facile d'accès aux pistes grâce au téléski. On retrouve tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Petit bémol le matelas du lit est un peu usé.

Magnifique séjour

L appartement est conforme à l annonce. Très bien situé (plein sud ) soleil toute la journée. Sortie direct skis aux pieds. Le canapé convertible est d une excellente qualité, comparable à une très bon lit 2 personnes. Il y a tout ce qu il faut dedans et surtout des commerces et restaurants plus qu il n en faut. Je recommande le « Schuss ». Hôte très réactif (e-mails) et disponible en cas de questions. Je recommande cet appartement. Patrick et Dominique

Appartement agréable, propre et convivial, comme décrit sur l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié cette escapade à la montagne au calme... Un beau soleil l'après midi sur le balcon... On peut même y bronzer... Seule inconvénient: Restaurants et bars fermés... Pas de vin chaud les pieds dans la neige... Mais ça, nous le savions avant d'y aller... Très bon séjour reposant et ressourçant...

Studio très lumineux à 2 pas de la place Olympique et des magasins, restos. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Bien équipé. La télévision un peu vieillotte devrait être remplacée. La terrasse plein sud est un véritable atout. Possibilité de partir et revenir skis aux pieds. Mr Vanhoecke le propriétaire est très réactif et disponible. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine aux Arcs 2000 !

Tout à fait conforme à la description

Je recommande cet appartement. Les indications sont claires pour récupérer les clés. L'accueil à la "Conciergerie" est particulièrement cordial (indications multiples sur la station données à l'arrivée. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile. L'appartement est suffisamment grands pour 5 personnes même si la 5ème personne dort sur un matelas dans la pièce principale. Les remarques que nous pourrions faire sur l'appartement concernent des points de détails : il correspond à nos attentes et le rapport qualité/prix est assez bon.

Très beau studio, au pied des pistes, avec le soleil toute la journée, contrairement aux appartements situés de l'autre côté de l'immeuble. M. Van Hoecke est très gentil, répondant immédiatement aux mails envoyés. La prise et remise des clés est très bien organisée, les détails envoyés par le (la) concierge sont précis et permettent de trouver la conciergerie sans souci, ce qui est appréciable après une journée de route...

Agréable sejour au pied des pistes!

Appartement très bien situé, les pistes sont accessibles au bout du couloir et la place principale avec tous les restaurants est à 5 minutes à pieds. Simple et pratique, l'appartement profite d'un ensoleillement toute la journée. Il est correctement équipé et la literie est bonne. La station est agréable, je recommanderai cet appartement à mes proches!

Un bémol pour le lit "parental" qui est un convertible bz avec un matelas d'appoint (peu confortable) L'emplacement dans la station est un peu éloigné des commerces, heureusement les navettes sont gratuites. Pour l'accès aux pistes, possible depuis le bâtiment mais le retour se fini à pieds

Appartement agréable, au calme , au pied des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes de VTT. Appartement lumineux, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. A recommander. On a passé un agréable séjour, de nombreuses activités à faire en famille dans la station.
