Ideally located with ski-in ski-out, in the upscale area of the resort (Le Chantel). Luxury residence with pool, sauna, steam room. Ski in / out, private covered parking, private ski locker with boot dryer, wifi (week package 15 € to 25 €), terrace of 6m² overlooking the valley, not overlooked. Very well equipped housing: dishwasher, washer dryer, large capacity refrigerator, separate freezer, combi oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, 2 TV, Blu-Ray DVD player. 1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room, a second bedroom with bunk beds + trundle bed (3 single beds), living room with sofa bed for double sleeping, second bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Very quiet, close to shops and the heart of the resort. Regular and free shuttles at the foot of the building. Access to the slopes is at the foot of the building. Access to the ESF within 100 meters and 50 meters from the mini-club and kindergarten. Very close to golf in summer.

We have had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, ski in and ski out. There is locker room in the basement to leave the equipment, very convinient. The rooms were clean and nice, but the whole place is rather small. Equipment could be better, we did not have enough mugs and there was just one key from the ski locker which was a bit of a pain to share. Garage was included in the price - very convinient. And we have used saunas and swimming pool also nice to have. Overall a very nice place.
We stayed here the week before Christmas 2023.We arrived late, due to train delays and check- in was very easy. The apartment is larger than it looks on the photos and has lots of clever storage. The kitchen is well set up, and we cooked in most nights, the beds are really comfy and there is 2 powerful hot showers. Communication with the owners was good. It is a true ski in ski out apartment which we loved and often went back to the apartment for lunch as it was so easy. You can order bread etc from reception and the pool, sauna and steam room are an added bonus after a hard day skiing. We would definitely stay here again.
The apartment was perfect for family of 4, easy ski in and out. The apt itself had everthing and was well stocked with utensils and everyday cooking items.Worth remembering as we forgot, if bringing a car, you must put the code in at the entrance of Les Arc to get the right car park ticket. Additionally, vehicle needs to be below 190cm to use the allocated indoor parking. We took a van so had to find on street parking. We would gladly stay again.
We had a great week here with our teen boys in early April. The apartment was just the right size for us for family meals and relaxing. We used the pool, sauna and pool table which were great extra amenities. Even in April, we only had to walk 1 min to be on the snow right next to the building to put on skis. Very easy with the ski locker on the floor below the apartment. Great views from the balcony including Mont Blanc - a great sunny spot in the late afternoon/evening. It's in a great location, just a short (but steep) 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Arc 1800 - there are some great spots to try. Supermarket and ski hire are nearby. The ski area is vast and there's something for everyone. We would love to return one day.

Nice place, cozy, kitchen well equipped. Cons - It wasn't mentioned in ad that bedsheets and end of stay cleaning aren't included. These cost us an additional sum of 200 euros. Also, ski in/out was not very comfortable.
Very nice appartment, with good view from balcony in lower part of Le Chantel area of 1800. 7 minutes walk to Charvet and 12 minutes to Villards. Easy to ski down to Villards lift in the morning. Skiing back in is fine if you are confident, and know the way. Appartment has 2 good bedrooms, very comfortable for 4 adults, and can accomodate 6 if you don't mind less individual space. Kitchen well provided, big fridge, separate freezer, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster etc, and plenty of plates/dishes/cutlery. Washing Machine/dryer was a bonus. 2 bathrooms (1 is ensuite) plus separate toilet (only 1 toilet in appartment). Ski locker very close, one floor down, with heated boot rack. Pool/Sauna/Steam rooms were very welcome at the end of the day, however it did get busy due to 2 steam rooms not working, but didn't affect our enjoyment. Access very easy if you drive, it's more of a challenge if you arrive by train, nearest shuttle bus stop is Charvet, then it's another bus (between Charvet & Le Chantel) to reach bottom of hill, then drag your case up a shallow hill for 150metres. Appt has a shared wifi Livebox (ask the owners for wifi passcode) which worked well, but only secure enough for emails etc, not for sensitive transactions like banking. I would recommend, and hope to stay there again some time
Très agréable semaine passée aux Arcs 1800. Appartement parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très bien situé. SPA de la résidence très appréciable même en été. Communication avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie très efficace. Je recommande !!
Nous avons passé d'agréable vacances en famille dans cet appartement très cosy, bien équipé, confortable. Les propriétaires et prestataires ont toujours été très réactifs et nous les remercions pour leur confiance.La résidence est bien située surtout pour les conduites ESF (départ et retour à ski), le quartier Chantel à proximité vous permet de faire vos courses à moins de 5 min avec des boulangeries, traiteurs de qualité. Nous avons pu profiter également des prestations de la résidence comme le spa.Le stationnement dans le garage est un véritable plus également dans cette station. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement pour des belles vacances réussies.
L'appartement est tout-à‐fait conforme aux attentes mais mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée : il n'avait pas été nettoyé. La conciergerie est venu le nettoyer en soiree, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Les propriétaires ont réagi avec efficacité. Pour le reste, il est idealement situé, dispose d'une belle vue sur les sapins et la vallée, est facile d'accès. Hormis le probleme de nettoyage, c est un sans faute.
L appartement est très bien équipé, propre et très bien situé. Le local à ski est très pratique.
Les prestations de la résidence (piscine hammam sauna) sont très appréciables.
Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Appartement au calme sur les hauteurs des Arcs 1800
Séjour au calme dans un appartement disposant de toutes les commodités et bénéficiant d'un accès au service wellness Pierre et Vacances. Magasins à proximité ( 5 minutes à pied ). Appartement conforme à la description dans l'annonce. Départ ski au pied et retour ski au pied ( mais il faut connaitre le chemin du retour ).
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans cet appartement, très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé par rapport aux pistes . L’espace piscine sauna, hammam est un plus le soir en rentrant du ski

Great place, near slopes.
We had a great time in the apartment - compact but well stocked, particularly in kitchen dept.
Children enjoyed the pool. No internet, and hadn’t been made explicitly aware we were meant to bring our own bedding - 90+ E for sheets - could have bought some for this price.
We stayed in this apartment with a family of four (parents and two adult children) at the end of March.
The apartment offered us all we needed. It even has a washing/drying machine and a separate freezer. We ordered our bread at the reception of the apartment. Here we also rented a WiFi box.
The ski locker has a heating system to dry your boots (perfect). Ski out is easy. To return on skis is also possible. But it's a bit harder to find the correct path
We would certainly recommend this apartment

La résidence est à côté d'une piste donc départ/retour à ski. L'appartement est bien organisé, et avec ses 2 salles de bain et toilette séparé, il est fonctionnel.

Je n’ai pas fait ma réservation correctement sur Abritel car j’avais oublié de payer le solde. Une fois arrivé aux Arcs, puisque je n’avais pas reçu toutes les infos, nous avons essayé de contacter l’agence par téléphone mais impossible. Uniquement par sms. Ce n’est que 4 heures plus tard que nous avons été recontactés et avons eu toutes les utiles.
Manque de souplesse dans l’accueil.
Aussi, un rappel de la part d’Abritel du retard de paiement eu été un plus.
Appartement propre et très bien équipé : four multifonctions, congélateur, réfrigérateur, plaques induction, lave-linge + appareils à raclette et fondue.
Nous n'étions que 2 mais j'imagine que les 2 salles de bains sont très pratiques avec des enfants.
Balcon orienté Nord-Ouest, vue sur les montagnes, point de vue sur le Mont-Blanc.
Résidence bien entretenue, à la réception possibilité de commander pain et viennoiseries la veille pour le lendemain.
Accès à une piscine, 2 saunas et 3 hammams.
Très agréable en janvier, sans doute bondé pendant les vacances scolaires.
Casier à ski pratique, chaussures chauffées.
Départ et retour piste de ski très facile.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé le garage.
Logement très bien équipé, proposant même des jeux pour les journées pluvieuses. Produits d'entretien fournis et même produits alimentaires de première nécessité. Nous avons laissé notre contribution. L'entretien de la résidence n'est pas à la hauteur de son standing (comparaison avec le Chantel où nous avons déjà séjourné) ainsi que le SPA. Entretien extérieur est au top (jardiniers).
