Beautiful private 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom near campus

Our beautiful private 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom is a home away from home. It is minutes from campus, an easy commute downtown and close to hwy 36. Our space is ideal for a family or two couples. Our space has a wet bar with a dishwasher and sink. Cooking appliances are available upon request. Please see amenity details to see what is available to you while you stay with us. We have a spacious living room area with a 60 inch television connected to local cable as well as streaming services. Our space has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and dresser. The bathroom has a soaking tub, shower and washer and dryer. We also have a large backyard with a gas grill. Check us out and come stay with us!

The apartment was clean and spacious and great for my needs. I liked being in a quiet neighborhood. It was a 15-20 minute walk to parts of campus, restaraunts, etc. It is a basement apartment, so be ready to hear the family moving around/talking above you.

Awesome gem in Boulder

Becky was super awesome and friendly. Went above and beyond to make her place our home away from home. Her place was our oasis in Boulder. Clean, well equipped, and close to downtown, hiking/biking trails, and university district. Will definatly stay again.

We traveled to Boulder for a college football game and some hiking. There is easy access to the main roads but neighborhood is quiet. We had a great time and the host was wonderful to work with.

I stayed here with my daughter during move in weeknat CU Boulder. It was great. It was ean, quiet and had all the amenities needed for a short, or maybe even an extended stay. Rebecca was an awesome host and we were very appreciative of her. The home is in a nice neighborhood, close to campus. I would.defunetly stay here again onna future visit.

Look no further. Great option for your stay in Boulder. Very clean, plenty of space, comfy beds and a great host. Solid, quick communication. Neighborhood is nice and very close to wherever you want to go to. Stayed for a game weekend and would come back again.

This was a private basement, and it was nice. It snowed the whole time we were there, but the basement was cozy and warm. They had a beautiful backyard and we had everything that was needed for a short stay.

WOW!!!

Soooo close to campus! It sure beats our $400+/night hotel room just days before. I can not begin to express just how wonderful and pleasant it was to stay here. Great location for bus into Downtown Boulder as we did not have a car.

The accommodation was comfortable and located near bus stop. However bus did not run during weekend which necessitated a long walk or taxi ride. Access was difficult with stone and paver pathway and 2 concrete steps to entrance. A flight of narrow steep stairs to basement were hard to manage with luggage. Great Location for touring

Everything we needed. Clean, well & thoughtfully appointed. Long weekend touring various tourist destinations so location to highways ideal. Only things to consider: this is not for cooking only hotplate and mini microwave which we did not need! There is full size fridge but freezer is limited per owner. (2) access path to VRBO rental from street to side of house dark-i had my flashlight due to vision issues- so be prepared. Motion detector lights do not activate until you're on middle part of side of house - tough for my vision coupled with tiny 8x8 pavers on tight side of house that couldn't really see. Would i stay here again - YES!!
