Very bright and cheery, this home will add to your happiness. Spaced out to be together yet be a part. It is a one of the best locations to enjoy all Boulder has to offer, walk everywhere. Flatiron views is an added bonus!!! This home is 5 levels, offering lots of privacy. Great room offers 75 inch TV, dining room, living room all in one with a walk out patio. Deck offers grill and plenty of places to sprawl out. The Kitchen over looks the living room, meaning you can visit from the kitchen with others in the living room. When chilly outside the gas fire place will warm all up quickly. Top floor offers the Master bedroom with a king bed and 4 piece ensuite, tub offers views of the Flatirons. 4th floor offers a larger bedroom with King bed and bathroom with step in shower. Lower garden level offers a 2nd laundry with full size washer/dryer, living room with convertible queen bed couch, massage chair, private patio, mini kitchen and larger bedroom with king bed.
