House was immaculate and everything up to linens on the beds was top notch. It snowed exactly a beer cans worth on Friday overnight into Saturday, and the walks were shoveled that day. Snowed while we were in town, and the walkway and sidewalks were shoveled and clean before we knew it. Jennifer knew we were coming in for the holiday and made sure the kitchen had everything we needed to prep for Thanksgiving!! The house is perfectly situated, well appointed and very clean and oh so comfortable. Close to everything you will want to see or do in the Boulder Area. If you're going to a game, nice house well appointed. Communication with the owners is amazingly awesome. They were there to answer questions and just chit chat back and forth because I'm weird that way. Gave us good recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and places to go. Super clean and well organized with all essentials. We had an unfortunate issue with the host's communication style when we held a small gathering to celebrate our son's graduation in the garden. A few more family members attended than was expected. Unfortunately the host arrived on property and demanded that everyone leave in a very abrupt manner as we had missed her text. This was very upsetting to us all. The gathering was a mix of graduates, parents and grandparents and was during the day. We left the house in immaculate condition and took away all the trash. We apologized for the gathering of extra people and our guests left as she requested.
