3 bed 2 bath home nestled at the west end of Pleasant Street. 2 king size bedrooms and one baby/toddler room with a crib and a kids bed. Theres a peleton, play room, and downstairs TV room. A second kitchen downstairs in case you want to split up your group. One of the best locations in Boulder, close to Pearl Street, the University, open space trails, Boulder Creek bike path, and Chataqua Park yet feels secluded with a brook running through the front yard. Nice natural light all day. There is a wall full of stringed instruments and a piano for you to play. Off street parking. Set back from the street with a huge picture window. It has a large front porch and green space to the west. This block is its own little village with a great sense of caring & neighborliness. With bicycles for you to use, the Boulder bike path system is just down the hill. Come experience for yourself why I love my home so much!
