Completely private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the west facing panoramic window. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and all the cooking supplies and utensils. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix etc. Safe lighted street side parking. No smoking on the property. Key is a code lock. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb" Just minutes walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment and the arts district in Historic old town Lafayette. Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment. So cozy, and perfect. The kitchen was very handy and what a beautiful countertop! Loved the bathroom and laundry set up. Mark, the host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Very close to coffee shops, restaurants and historic downtown Lafayette. There is a nature trail and dog park route super close to the property that made it so easy to have my dog with me on this trip. Lafayette is also super close to so much great hiking!
