The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is ideal for an extended stay in Boulder. Located on the north side of town, it offers easy access to the trail system, is within walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop, and provides quick access to downtown Boulder. We especially loved the second bedroom and half bath, which made hosting guests during our stay a breeze, and the rooftop patio was fantastic. The management company was outstanding—they left a thoughtful welcome gift, were incredibly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations for must-try local restaurants. It is a little noisy on the corner of Folsom and Iris at the light but when we were staying there the window units were normally running covering up the traffic noise. While our stay overall was generally great the condo did feel heavily used. It would really benefit from a deep clean (fridge/baseboards/carpets). Lots of scratches, stains, wear marks that made it feel a little rundown. I also brought some of my own kitchen items to cooks with and was happy I did looking at the quality and cleanliness of some of the appliances. ##### Julia M.
