The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load the dishwasher with any used dishes. Place used sheets in the washing machine. Place any used towels on bathroom floor.
Please take out any trash to dumpsters. There are large trash bags under kitchen sink and or in closet under the stairs. Please turn off all lights upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please remember you are staying in a person's home, please respect our space. No smoking/vaping on property. Doing so will result in a fine.
No parties/events. No pets. Any pets will result in a $500 violation fee, in addition to any charges for damage and extra cleaning will be assessed.
There is one covered car port spot the guest may park in. If the pool key is lost the guest will be charged $75

Amazingly easy check in/out. Had good communication with hosts and loved the area

Great location as it was near many hiking trails and was close to our family without being too close. Clean comfortable and neighborhood was very safe. Also having the option to complete my laundry before leaving for home was a bonus! Will come back again!

Lovely, Cozy, Sunny and Quiet… Home away from home!

Spent nine nights and had all the amenities of home…updated kitchen with all the best cookware, cutlery and coffeemaker. Washer dryer was so helpful. The 1/2 bath on ground floor made it easy to have my adult sons over for meals. Totally comfortable for a couple although it was just me. One night my 25 year old slept on the couch due to icy roads and was comfortable. Highly recommend!
