Charming 3 bed/2 bath Ranch Style House in Chautauqua Neighborhood
- You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. One block to Chautauqua Park with amazing hiking trails, a great playground, general store and dining hall. There is a cute neighborhood coffee shop 3 blocks away, easy public transportation and biking trails.
Our home features 3 bedrooms all on the same level with 2 bathrooms.
Experience the magic of Boulder at our house - just a short walk downhill to CU's campus or Pearl Street. There is a peaceful backyard with room to dine outside or just relax. Enjoy Boulder in the summer - from festivals, concerts, farmer's markets, hiking, biking or experiencing a true mountain summer getaway,
Our home is on a single level with 1200 square feet of living space. The house is a perfect set up for families, as there are books and toys to entertain children. There is a fenced yard to run around and two neighborhood playgrounds within walking distance.
You will have access to our entire home, except for the converted garage space where we will be storing some of our personal belongings. There is a door leading to that space from the dining room and another door from the second bathroom, which both doors will be locked.
For security purposes, we have an exterior front door camera that covers the front lawn and driveway. We have a noise-decibel monitor on the ceiling near the entryway, which serves as a night light as well.
