The amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. We loved being within walking distance of Chautauqua Park and having easy access to explore the stunning state and national parks nearby. Accommodations were very comfortable and as described. Very close to some amazing hiking! Breakfast/meal at Chautauqua Hall is a must ! Kathy was very responsive and assisted with requests! The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. The only potential drawback was that it’s not a full kitchen. The campus, downtown Boulder and Pearl Street are a short drive away. The place is very clean and comfortable with the space we needed for our family. Beds were among the comfiest I've ever experienced at any vacation home rental, and my family members agreed. Towels were likewise extremely luxurious. Lots of space and light, despite being on a lower level. I'm a runner and loved the proximity to hiking / running trails. Neighborhood was quiet.
