Es handelt ... Ein wunderschönes altes Haus, vermutlich aus den 1920er/30er Jahren. Es handelt sich um die Hälfte des ursprünglichen Landhauses, das einst geteilt war, die andere Hälfte steht leer. Es liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel und bietet vom Garten/der Terrasse aus einen Blick auf die schöne Stadt Bouillon und die mittelalterliche Burg. Märchen. Auf der Terrasse stehen 2 große Picknicktische und eine Bank. Schade, dass man dort die Provinzstraße hört, aber schön, dass man auch die Wölfe und den Esel aus dem nahegelegenen Tierpark hört ;-) Auch die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer (in dem sich auch ein Esstisch befindet) ist wunderschön und kann durch die großen Fenster in vollen Zügen genossen werden. Schade, dass der Kamin nicht genutzt werden konnte, da der Schornstein kaputt war. Hoffentlich wird es vor dem Winter fertig sein, denn dann ist es fertig. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und attraktiv mit vielen Originalelementen und antiken Möbeln. Die Betten sind im Allgemeinen gut, bis auf das Kastenbett im Dachgeschoss; Eine neue, festere Matratze ist willkommen. Dieses Bett eignet sich gut für Singles oder Kinder, für ein Paar ist es jedoch etwas unbequem, da immer eine Person an der Rückwand steht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig.
