Overall we enjoyed our stay here after some plumbing mishap in our room in which we had to change rooms twice. The rooms are very clean and the bed was really comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 3:00 p.m. the woman at the desk took some time to look up from her phone to acknowledge us, then she told us our room was not ready without even asking us our names. She could tell we were not thrilled and we asked if we could change to our bathing suites in the restroom while we wait for our room. While we were fishing through our luggage, the woman came out and informed us our room was ready. Later that evening, we had a plumbing issue and had to change rooms. We were not thrilled the next day when we were at the beach and we got a call from the hotel, that we needed to switch rooms again. But, once we changed our room, the rest of our stay was very nice. The pool area is nice and clean. A great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The restaurant was very good, although we only ate there once. I think for the price, overall its a good place to stay and we had a great time. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means. The location was beautiful and right on the reef to snorkel which was fun.
