There were bags of garbage outside our window. Disappointed there was no high tea served while touting high tea in a book for sale at the front desk. No mini bar in the room. Requires room service.

Four Points by Sheraton Boston Newton
The rooms are clean but the hotel is surrounded by a highway, also making it noisy for sleeping. I heard one desk staff give a great deal of information to a guest on check in.
