Great communication. If you are some one who likes to sleep past 630AM this might not be the best choice unless you sleep heavy. The upstairs tenants are a young family with small kids and you hear every footstep above you. The furniture is nice looking but a bit light weight. Kitchen was well equipped minus paper goods like paper towels and also toilet paper. Be prepared to run to the store- only minutes away. Back deck is amazing but underfurnished for living space.
