It had the basic amenities we needed. It is a modest apartment, but only about 20 minutes from downtown Boston and a good price. My only concern is that the stairs up to this second floor apartment were very steep. The stairs up to the bedrooms on the third floor were even steeper. We were a group of senior citizens with some physical difficulties. I think that the advertisement for this site should indicate that it is not amenable to those with disabling conditions. We had some difficulties on the stairs. I would also recommend that the owner consider adding just a few more railings or hand-holds on the stairways.
