If you are planning a visit to Boston or a Bostonian needing a getaway close to home consider staying on our houseboat 'The Blue Pearl'. . Our houseboat is fully furnished with well equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker and K cups. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with premium mattress, 800 thread count linens, down blanket and comforter. Kids loft has two twins and the living room has a memory foam sleep sofa. The boat is fully air conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter. The covered front deck and the sundeck above has outdoor seating. Free Wi-Fi is included in your rental. We are now located in Charlestown Marina. Parking is available but must be reserved ahead or spaces can be full. We have a limited number of spaces. Please confirm if you need us to save the parking. Accessible via water taxi, car, or taxi . Uber is readily available. Walk to many area attractions including USS Constitution, Bunker hill and the North End. Charlestown navy yard ferry terminal is a short walk and that drops you off at Long wharf next to the New England Aquarium downtown. Travelling nurses please note. We rent our houseboats from November 1 to March 1 for $2000 per month plus electric. Close to the USS constitution which was nice and also close to the ferry to go to Boston harbour which was practical, because otherwise you have to walk about 30 minutes for the subway. Life at the marina is really nice and feels like you are part of a nice community. ##### Annick L. The rocking of the houseboat at night was very soothing, kind of put you to sleep. Very quiet area, spent our nights out on the top deck and bottom deck, enjoyed the scenery immensely. I would absolutely recommend this property, we walked the freedom trail and pretty much wherever we went. ##### Penny T. We found everything about the houseboat convenient. From the short walk to North Boston to the well equipped houseboat. We are a family of 5 and everyone has space and was comfortable on board. The deck is lovely to sit at and we loved chatting to the other harbour users. We would definitely come again. Thank you to Deb and her lovely team. ##### Kelly F. It was very nice and convenient to transportation around Boston. My first VRBO. A little annoyed to be charged a cleaning fee and then left a list of things to clean at check out as well as take the trash out with you. Otherwise very nice. ##### Mary A. It was spacious and suitable for our needs. Sherrie was very friendly and had great suggestions. The arrival instructions were great. The check out instructions had the wrong gate code to get out on the email we received the day prior to check out. Also, there was some conflicting information as to where to leave the key fob when checking out. Other than that minor stuff, I would highly recommend it! ##### Kathy H.
