The room features: A queen over XL full bed bunk bed that can easily accommodate 2 guests. Kitchenette inside the room is limited to a single burner hot plate, efficiency size refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot and basic cookware. Each floor has a full size oven/stove for more involved cooking or baking item, it's not in the room to save space! Dining table not included, many great restaurants nearby for you to enjoy! A private bathroom with beautiful, white tile enclosed shower. Living area has a twin size couch that sits 2 and flat screen HD Smart TV. Making watching programs like Netflix a snap, the TV is equipped with local channels and HDMI inputs that can be used to connect a computer to view online content. All units are equipped with wireless internet, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, linens and towels, as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations. Unit doors are on secure, code-activated locks so coordinating key pick-up and drop-off is not necessary. This unit may be accessed via elevator or stairs. There is a coin-operated common laundry room located on the floor that is also available. Soap and quarters not included. The room overlooks Temple Place. This is a very active city street so city noises are common throughout the day and evening. Beds were great! A couple things that affected our experience- The hair dryer didnt work. Some dishes and coffee pot were dirty. The tv was not connected to the network, so I had to connect it. All reviewers said the location is perfect, which is partially true. What they neglect to mention is the number of homeless people hanging around. As a woman staying here with her teen son, I didn’t feel safe approaching the front door. Not trying to start an convo about that - I just felt unsafe. Upon entering, we discovered the elevator was broken, which was unfortunate b/c our unit was on the 4th floor and it was HOT in the stairwell. But turns out the heat wasn’t the main problem in the halls - no, it was the mystery stains on the carpet! Best case, it’s garbage “juice?” Fourth floor was secured by a keypad-locked door, which I guess was supposed to make me feel safer. But any semblance of safety was gone when I entered our unit to see only a keypad lock - not even a deadbolt - just a regular lock with a keypad. You could move the door back and forth within the frame it was so flimsy / definitely could be kicked in. I’m not normally one to be scared, but it was one red flag after another. The condition of the unit was no better than the hallways - baseboards coming off, nasty stains on sofa, hair in shower, lamp broken, wallpaper peeling off wall, hot (only a portable a/c unit), noisy, damaged walls, bathroom light falling out of ceiling… I’m not sure an ounce of maintenance has ever been performed here. I would never stay here again. Scary. Dirty. Run down. ##### Kristen C.
