All the comforts of home with off street parking
We loved this cheerful home. It was very clean, inviting, quiet at night and had everything we needed. I appreciated the complimentary teas and items provided such as paper towels, soaps and bathroom supplies. The bed was comfortable and the house was warm. Michael was a great host and was available via text for questions. He quickly responded. I would definitely return to this home in the future.

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood
Michaels home is close enough to the city to get anywhere in 20 minutes, but far more affordable than the other options a bit closer. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Property for Boston Visit
Everything at your fingertips. Very clean and welcoming house with a cool wine motif. Owner very responsive. Nice touch with a complimentary bottle of wine.

Good location
The house is clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and issues were addressed immediately. However,if you are staying with young children, be aware that the backyard is a slanted, narrow place that is not appropriate for young children to use.

Good for Rowers
We stayed here for the 54th Annual Head of the Charles Regatta. The property was well situated in proximity to Community Rowing’s boathouse, and we had a good stay.

Charming little place. Good location and parking. Not thrilled with the bathrooms. And the heat was somehow restricted. Coming from California, I was cold the whole time and so was my daughter.

This guest never bothered to read our detailed check-in instruction. This is the only reason he things that we restricted the heat controller. Not very smart to avoid check-in instruction!!!

It was great! Very clean. Owners checked on us several times to see if we needed anything.
When we arrived, the electricity was off. The owners did an incredible job to quickly find us a hotel until the following day when the power was back on. They were so very accommodating!!

It was a breeze hosting Janet and her group. She made herself right at home following the instructions I sent and required almost nothing from me. I appreciate the care she gave the house and highly recommend them to other HomeAway hosts!!! Would welcome them back in a heartbeat.
