Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. ##### joy c. Definitely has that studio feel. It was difficult to maintain water in the shower because of the claw foot tub and the shower curtains didn’t fully reach around. We arrived when it was in the 40’s at night. The radiator eventually turned on but took most of the day for it to kick on and once it did, it did not maintained the heat and it is impossible to regulate temp. Was informed at check-in of small leak in bathroom ceiling from unit above. Plumber had been there and removed part of ceiling to inspect. Cleanup was less than good for renters coming in. Small leak got big when tenant above used tub/shower. Make sure leak is repaired before staying here. We didn’t feel the management company taking care of booking responded well as the situation got worse, they need to do better.
