A unique property with uncommon decor, artwork and interesting layout . Pleasant. Different. Refreshing. I’ll definitely stay here again.
What a great place to stay! The staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. They were so personable and were so knowledgeable about the area. They gave us recommendations and told us how to use the trains as well as provided us with a map. They made great conversation too! The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a dream. I cannot wait to return
The photos for the hotel were very misleading… the roof top lounge - that’s only for a private party. Not open to the public. No views of Fenway park.
Had to ask for everything- even an ice bucket / that is filled with ice. No ice machines
Not impressed for the price
Overall poor, only coffee and and tea available in lobby and they ran out. No breakfast. No amenities. Room was awfully noisy with a leaking noise that kept us up all night. Reception clerk was not friendly: actually rather dry.
Functional hotel nothing more.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Totally overpriced for zero amenities. One of the two restaurants was closed the entire time. The room was tiny and didn’t even have coffee. Close enough to Fenway but next visit, we’ll walk further for a nicer more updated hotel.

Very disappointed. We have stayed here several times before but I can no longer recommend this hotel. The room was very loud. It connected to another room and light was shining into our room from the connecting room and we could hear everything from the other room. Most importantly, the WiFi internet connection was almost nonexistent. It made it impossible for me to work from the room even with the supposed “high-speed” package. Although the staff attempted to fix the problem, it was not fixed during my 5 day stay.
There was no wi-fi while we were there. Was told it was being worked on, but we were there for almost 24 hours and it never became available. Other than that, it was an awesome place to stay, close to Fenway and many other places. Would definitely go back.
I booked a room for a guest, and they refused to let him in, despite the fact that the room was booked in his name, he had ID, and a university credit card on file. They literally turned the guest out in the night, in horrible weather.
Very nice rooms in a great location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave my family a free upgrade to a mini-suite which was perfect for our group of 3. Great home base for Boston-area college visits and general site-seeing.

The only thing i didnt like was the tv disnt work in our room but everything else was amazing staff was wonderful and very helpful. I will definitley stay here again when in Boston.
Love staying at this hotel. Staff here is excellent. They are super helpful and accommodating. We love staying in the Commonwealth suite. It’s such a great layout when we have our adult son staying with us. Plenty of room for everyone!
