My dad and I were in town for a Bruins game and we loved this hotel! It was within easy walking distance of the north end and the Garden, and was very quiet and clean. The valet guys were also very nice and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed for 2 nights and the day we checked in we were not told the AC was not working. The room was very hot even with the window open. No breeze coming through. The temp in the room was 75. Staff said the circumstance was not controllable and they could not conpensate me with anything but $50 to the onsite restaurant or a day of valet parkimg. After you spend over $500 for 2 nights and ha e to be with no AC thats very unacceptable.
Perfect spot for a weekend at boston ! Great staff, clean as it can get, easy check in and checkout, and just a beautiful establishment ! Only complaint would be it told a little long for valet to bring my car when I checkout
Conveniency and cleanliness were major plus's. The valet help was phenomenal.
Rooms should automatically come with mini fridges and microwaves. For tge price, that was a little off.
Make sure to get your receipt at the end when you check out. I was charged extra for “local fees” and extra nights for parking. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and at the end we were charged for 5 nights. They also charged me 3*25 for local fees which I had already paid when I booked the room. When I told them about the extra fees the manager refunded me the money. With no apologies and with an attitude. If I didn’t get my receipt I would have been charged an extra $200 without even knowing.

The rooms are also extra dark and I had to use my flashlight to get my stuff out of my suitcase. Which some people might prefer the dark room. But i personally did not like the dark lighting with no option to make it a bit lighter.
The hotel needs vending machines, or an area to purchase snacks and drinks after the restaurant closes. I went looking for a water bottle and a snack at 1030 and could not find anything. This is an easy fix.

This place was nice and clean! The bathroom fan didn’t work, the water pressure was horrible, and there was some dirt and chipping paint above the shower. Regardless, the staff was so kind and I would stay again!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Boston Northend near TD Garden. The rooms are modern and quiet. Some have water views. The restaurant has a bar and a very affordable restaurant. It’s our preferred place to stay for Bruins games.

Lovely hotel. Spa next door was lovely (but not inexpensive). Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean.

Being in the North End, it was very convenient to walk to any of the wonderful restaurants in the area. I expected the parking to be expensive, but the resort fee just seemed like another way to extract money from us without having to provide anything extra for us. I don’t care if it’s done by the majority of hotels now; it’s not right.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I love the location and staff. However my room this time had a hair dryer with what looked to be paint on it and dirty. I left a note for housekeeping and a voicemail at the hotel but never heard back. Also, the night lights at the bedside did not work and the desk furniture was scuffed up and old and worn. I will definitely give staying there another try but do expect better from a Fairmont.
