"The entire front desk staff was excellent, though they did forget to offer the complimentary drinks provided through Expedia. In the room, the pillows were extremely hard, making it impossible to sleep. The bar staff was very aggressive when asked which drinks were covered by the complimentary vouchers, and they provided service in a rude manner."

The rooms on the 4th floor are excellent but more expensive. The ones on the 2nd floor, cheaper and not as good."
