The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything."

"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "I've stayed all over Japan in a variety of level of places and also run a luxury vacation rental in Hawaii. I must admit I was a little reluctant to rent a container/hotel....but took a chance on their gran suite and was quite impressed. It's really well thought out and professionally outfitted. Feels like a modern apartment, well appointed on amenities and comfortable. Wish I had time for an additional night. Bathing area I'd even describe as elegant and welcoming. Nice guest booklet, hits all the bullet points. Build is safe up looks up to code. Price is a little higher than what I typically spend that area but it isn't unreasonable for what you get. I rarely find people in this business that do a great job. I'm not one to complain but I do notice the detail. These folks have done an exceptional job at a reasonable price. Thank you for a great stay!"
