Steps from the ocean and on the "Boulevard". Also Borongon City was very accessible. However there are issues with air conditioning, wi-fi signal strength, and hot water that need to be addressed. Clearly hot water for shaving and washing your hands is important. But I nearly scalded myself in the shower. Very difficult to adjust the temperature and flow coming out of the shower head.
