With its thatched roof and loam walls, it has a very natural feeling. The low ceilings (2.05 m – 2.15 m) and tiled stove make it very cozy indeed. It was renovated between 1995 and 1999, and is situated in a large garden. Die Unterkunftsbeschreibung des Vermieter war sehr ausführlich und lies keine Wünsche offen, zumal wir auch kein "Schnäppchen" gemietet hatten, sondern recht viel bezahlt hatten. Dementsprechend waren unsere Erwartungen hoch. Im Haus angekommen erlebten wir eine herbe Enttäuschung. Die Einrichtung war abgewohnt, die Küche rudimentär mit Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Wie man hin dieser kleinen Küche für Sechs Personen kochen soll, das bleibt das Geheimniss des Vermieters. Das Schlimmste allerdings war der staubige Geruch. Staub lag auf Schränken, Deckenlampen, den offen verlegten Heizungsrohren sowie hing in den Rattanmöbeln. Die Teppiche waren abgenutzt und versifft. Der äußere, sehr gute Eindruck wird durch die in die Jahre gekommene Inneneinrichtung getrübt. Auf eine gründliche Reinigung (insbes. Dusche und Waschmaschine, Kissen auf Stühlen/Sofas) sollte in Zukunft geachtet werden. Aufgrund der zwei sehr kleinen (Kinder-)Schlafzimmer und deren Lage ist die Unterbringung von mehr als zwei Erwachsenen (Jugendlichen) nicht konfliktfrei zu lösen. ##### bernd S. Es war alles dam was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem, anders als auf den Fotos dargestellt, konnten wir die EM auf einem großen Flachbildfernseher verfolgen (;)). Im Haus war es trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen, angenehm kühl und besonders abends wirkte das Wohnzimmer ausgesprochen gemütlich (wir hatten auf die große Deckenlampe verzichtet und uns mehrere kleine Lichtquellen aufgestellt. Einzig tagsüber wirkte das Wohnzimmer wegen der niedrigen Decke doch dunkler, als wir uns das vorgestellt hatten - aber da lag der Vorstellungsfehler eindeutig bei uns ;) Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war super freundlich.
