Thatched roof house close to nature and the Bodden

  • This 160 year old seaman’s house is located at the edge of the village of Born, near the Bodden (about 300 m). With its thatched roof and loam walls, it has a very natural feeling. The low ceilings (2.05 m – 2.15 m) and tiled stove make it very cozy indeed. It was renovated between 1995 and 1999, and is situated in a large garden.

    Further Details: Very quiet; harbour at 100 m; Possibility to surf near by; Fresh fish can be bought from the locals right in front of the house. 3 bikes are to your free disposal.,

Es hat uns super gefallen. Das 5./6. Bett schließt an das Hauptschlafzimmer an, daher gut für Kinder geeignet. Das 3./4. Bett sind Einzelbetten, 1 Schlafzimmer hat ein grosses Doppelbett. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen.

Schönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir waren 1 Woche hier und konnten wirklich entspannen. Sehr schöner Ort, tolle Möglichkeiten die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Haus insgesamt

der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung,allerdings war das Haus sehr ausgekühlt,wir mussten die ersten zwei Nächte 2 Decken benutzen. Auch wurde die Heizung nicht wirklich warm! Wir hätten auf die Bettvorläger gerne verzichtet,waren schon sehr abgenutzt! Es fehlt für mich eine Kehrschaufel und Besen,ich fege gerne mal durch.auch finde ich diese Plastikblumen nicht schön!

Mehr schein als sein oder Papier ist geduldig

Wir sind voller Vorfreude in unseren Urlaub nach Born am Darss gestartet. Die Unterkunftsbeschreibung des Vermieter war sehr ausführlich und lies keine Wünsche offen, zumal wir auch kein "Schnäppchen" gemietet hatten, sondern recht viel bezahlt hatten. Dementsprechend waren unsere Erwartungen hoch. Im Haus angekommen erlebten wir eine herbe Enttäuschung. Die Einrichtung war abgewohnt, die Küche rudimentär mit Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Wie man hin dieser kleinen Küche für Sechs Personen kochen soll, das bleibt das Geheimniss des Vermieters. Das Schlimmste allerdings war der staubige Geruch. Staub lag auf Schränken, Deckenlampen, den offen verlegten Heizungsrohren sowie hing in den Rattanmöbeln. Die Teppiche waren abgenutzt und versifft. Es war einer unserer schlimmsten Urlaube.

nettes Häuschen, schöner Ort, tolle Natur

süßes kleines Häuschen, allerdings müssten dringend die Matratzen getauscht werden und das nicht nur wegen der Liegekuhlen.....der Geruch der in die Jahre gekommenen Rattanmöbel im Schlafzimmer war auch nicht so schön, ansonsten ein netter Ort und eine schöne Halbinsel

Wir waren begeistert, das Haus ist wunderschön und gemütlich. Der Fahrradverleih ist fussläufig erreichbar, sehr zu empfehlen sind Kranich Bootsfahrten vom Hafen in Born Mückenschutz ist zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes und sauberes Häuschen

Wir haben mit der Familie, eine Woche Urlaub, in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt vor Ort war freundlich. Außerdem war es sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat es uns auch der Ort Born mit seinem besonderen Charme angetan. Außerdem kann man in der Nähe Fahrräder leihen und den ganzen Darß erkunden. Alles in allem kann man in dem Haus und Umgebung einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen.

Auszeit im Seefahrer Haus

Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Familienurlaub im Sommer hier verbracht. Das Haus ist urig, gemütlich, aber modern eingerichtet. Der Garten ist naturbelassen und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hübsches altes Haus mit sehr schönem Garten

Wir haben 2Wochen im Hus des Seefahrers verbracht zu viert .2 Wochen schönes Wetter. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Fahrrad fahren. Morgens saßen wir auf der Terrasse hinterm Haus, abends haben wir den Tisch vor die Bank in die Abendsonne gestellt und waren bis Sonnenuntergang draußen. In den Schlafzimmern haben wir gut geschlafen. Das Durchgangsschlafzimmer eignet sich eher für eine Person oder für 2Kinder. Die Küche ist klein , aber durch die Nutzung der Terrasse war es in Ordnung . Wir kommen gerne wieder

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Beschreibung stimmt vollumfänglich; das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen wirklich großen Garten und liegt gut im Ort. Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes, spezielles Häuschen. Dank der ausführlichen Infos der Besitzer wussten wir, was uns erwartet und fühlten uns gleich wohl. Das Telefonat mit dem Verwalter bei Ankunft war etwas patzig, ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, trotzdem erreicht man mit dem Rad schnell und bequem alles Wichtige. Supermärkte und Infrastruktur top. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, vor allem der Garten ist herrlich. Lob von unseren Teenies fürs gute WLAN…

Tolles, altes Haus in toller Umgebung

Ferien in einem alten Rohrdachhaus sind eine tolle Idee, für Mieter und Eigentümer. Der äußere, sehr gute Eindruck wird durch die in die Jahre gekommene Inneneinrichtung getrübt. Auf eine gründliche Reinigung (insbes. Dusche und Waschmaschine, Kissen auf Stühlen/Sofas) sollte in Zukunft geachtet werden. Aufgrund der zwei sehr kleinen (Kinder-)Schlafzimmer und deren Lage ist die Unterbringung von mehr als zwei Erwachsenen (Jugendlichen) nicht konfliktfrei zu lösen.

Ferienwohnung in Born am Darss

Ein kleines Haus mitten in Born, mit Garten und einer schönen Terasse, im Haus wurde außen wie innen der ursprünglichen Charakter erhalten, eine Kate mit relativ niedrigen Räumen, recht gut eingerichtet und allem was ein paar Tage Urlaub angenehm machen, eine herrliche Ruhe rundum, und wenn man ihn braucht ist der Service zur Stelle. wir kommen wieder !
