Comfortable apartment house "San Anton", 1'225 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. In the centre of Bormio, in a central, sunny position, 450 m from the skiing area, 70 m from the river. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 100 m public parking 50 m on the road extra. Shop 50 m, grocery, supermarket 10 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop 62 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.1 km, chair lift, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school 450 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
1-room studio 35 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, fully renovated in 2025, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave) with dining nook. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Small terrace. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Ottima posizione vicino al centro paese ed ai negozi. Passeggiata pedonale nelle vicinanze Monolocale datato e poco curato nelle manutenzioni sia ordinarie che straordinarie..sicuramente da migliorare il bagno e il cucinino.
