Perfetta per due persone. In quattro per famiglia con due bambini/ragazzi (divano-letto in salotto) o due coppie molto affiatate. Completa di tutto il cucinotto: microonde, bollitore, quattro fuochi ad induzione, forno. Biancheria da bagno completa. Appartamento esposto a sud/sudest con sole tutto il pomeriggio, fino a sera.
