Vétuste, de la cuisine d’époque à la déco, à part la salle de bain qui a été refaite récemment. Le climatiseur extérieur est directement sur la terrasse et vrombit comme un réacteur d’avion. Il faut choisir entre profiter de l’extérieur (ou on ne tient pas longtemps par canicule) ou cuire à l’intérieur (pas de bol la Clim de la pièce principale ne fonctionnait pas).La terrasse est grande mais donne un vis à vis direct sur les 2 voisins d’à côté, avec des clôtures à 1,20m. On oublie l’intimité. Pour ce qui est du ménage, c’était propre en général et les sanitaires très bien. Les rideaux et la Clim de la chambre sont poussiéreux, il ne faut pas soulever le lit du haut dans la chambre cabine. Besoin d’un grand nettoyage et d’une rénovation générale!Points positifs : plage avec des poissons et départs pour les îles d’or à 5 mn à pied, commerces ouverts tard juste à côté, Bormes les mimosas la magnifique à 5 mn dans les hauteurs. Les chambres sont agréables et bien climatisées. Points négatifs : vétusté, terrasse intenable à cause de la chaleur, vis à vis, Clim bruyante, et les fourmis qui mangent vos provisions et vous grimpent dessus dans le canapé ! Cher payé pour un appartement de ce standing, mais heureusement nous avions eu une réduction pour désistement de dernière minute. ##### Elodie D. La terrasse donne accès à la plage directement. La literie est bonne. Les 3 clim sont plus qu’agréable. L’appartement est très bien meublé, nombreux rangements. Vraiment génial !!! Le seul « léger bémol » c’est la propreté. À la fin de notre séjour nous avons procédé à la visite avec la conciergerie après que jai fais le ménage, qui a duré 15 secondes. Soleil le matin, ombragée l'après midi. Accès à la plage directement à pieds. Juste à côté également des petits commerces. jolie balade jusqu'au Lavandou par le sentier du littoral. Jolie vue sur les jardins et la mer. La plage à côté est superbe, avec une piscine naturelle pour les enfants idéal! L’appartement est bien équipé et bien pensé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! Nous avons apprécié particulièrement les petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le soleil du matin... Bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage et tout proche des commerces mais situé tout de même dans un endroit calme et tranquille (juste à côté des jeux des enfants).
