It is a terraced house, without vis-à-vis, located in a charming and unique architectural ensemble (village of the Forks), the site is registered and classified as a remarkable architectural heritage of the 20th century. The houses are all made of Bormes stone, with green roof terraces.
The parking lot is located near the house, 30 m.
Large terrace of 27 m2, facing south-south east, without vis-à-vis with shade and vegetation, with access to living rooms and kitchen.

Living room of 25 m2, very bright with sofa bed. A curtain allows to isolate the sleeping area ("rapido" sofa in 140 x 190).

Room 10 m2 with a double bed 160 x 200 and storage. Bedding changed in 2022 and new storage was made in 2026.
The kitchen is separate from the living room and was completely redone in 2026: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave/grill, work surface, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. plenty of storage. It is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. It has direct access to the terrace.
Bathroom renovated in 2018 and 2026: shower, hair dryer.

Pets not allowed, no smokers in the house.

Grocery/ supermarket directly on the estate, where you will find everything you need to avoid crowds (only in July and August). And another nearby all year round (5 min by car).

ACCESS to the area, particularity: The accommodation is located in an area with guarded access. Access to the estate is subject to the purchase of a temporary badge by the lessee, not included in the rental rate, a flat cost of 50 euros for the duration of the stay as well as a 20-euro deposit, which is refundable.

ATTENTION: During the months of July and August, the house is rented for a minimum duration of 1 week.
