La Favière  
T2 air-conditioned apartment of 38m² located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence in the heart of La Favière. The accommodation is designed to accommodate 4 people and is composed of an entrance, a separate toilet, a bathroom with washing machine, a fitted kitchen area (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer) open to the main room. A sofa bed (140x190) with a TV corner. A bedroom equipped with two single beds 80x200 overlooking the loggia just like the main room. The loggia is equipped with a table and chairs, with deckchairs, facing South but protected by an awning and a parasol pine. The accommodation does not accept animals. Cleaning is included in the price (except for overnight stays). Linen is extra. Secure and numbered parking 3.
