### De Hunk, the small apartment in the town center
Hello! Would you like to spend your vacation in the center of Borkums?
So you are at the completely right place! The 2018 renovated apartment 'De Hunk' is located in the center, but still quiet in the center of town. The apartment is on the ground floor.
The apartment can be easily reached by ferry from the ferry terminal or with your own car. The train station is only a two-minute walk away. A parking lot for loading and unloading is in front of the house, the public parking lot is 100 meters away.
True to the motto "Small but nice", an open living room with integrated kitchenette and bathroom await you on 16 m². A gallery with a further 4 m² comprises the sleeping area, which is connected to the living room by a ladder. The apartment therefore offers enough space for two people.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with physical disabilities.
Seating on a small terrace in front of the front door invite you to linger.
The bed linen is included and the beds are made on arrival. You will receive a towel package with one shower towel and two towels per person.
In the apartment you have free wireless internet access.
Within a radius of less than 100 meters there is a supermarket, various bakeries, numerous restaurants, as well as many small shops and a bike rental. The beach and the 'Gezeitenland' fun and wellness pool are only 450 meters away on foot.

Ich war für eine Woche Bildungsurlaub auf Borkum. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Innenstadt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zudem konnte ich in wenigen Minuten den Veranstaltungsort, die Kulturinsel, und den Strand erreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern, gemütlich und für ihre Größe und eine Person sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über die Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein und Wasser. Die Terrasse konnte ich aufgrund des Wetters leider nur wenig nutzen. Mir persönlich hat ein Ausblick gefehlt. Die Fenster sind hoch angebracht (zum Öffnen und Schließen muss eine Leiter aus dem Keller geholt werden), zum Lüften oder Hinaussehen muss man die Wohnungstür zum Hof hin öffnen, was bei Wind und Regen nicht immer praktikabel ist. Auch tagsüber war es eher dunkel und ich musste das Licht einschalten. Im Großen und Ganzen habe ich mich aber sehr wohl gefühlt!

Es war wieder wunderbar auf Borkum. Die Wohnung war wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wasser und ein leckerer Grauburgunder auf dem Tisch. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, am Schwimmbad oder in der Innenstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, auf das Hochbett kommt man problemlos. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das positive wurde bereits ausreichend erwähnt, daher möchte ich folgendes zu bedenken geben: es ist wirklich klein und die Leiter zum Bett nicht für jeden was. Ich war allein und fand es für 1 Woche einfach ungemütlich. Man kann nicht nach draußen gucken, draußen sitzt man immer schattig im Innenhof. Nachts kann man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln, was mit dem Bewegungsmelder der Nachbarwohnung einfach nervig ist. Zum Glück hatte ich keinen Regen und konnte immer raus gehen. Toilette und Sofa müssen aufmerksamer gereinigt werden, die Hinterlassenschaften anderer Gäste zu finden, fand ich etwas eklig. Für wenige Tage ist es super, für länger würde ich doch nach was anderem schauen. Trotzdem vielen Dank.

Kleine Unterkunft, an der es an nichts gefehlt hat.Herzlicher Empfang mit Wasser und Wein.Nettes Gimmick mit Infos zur Insel und etlichen Büchern und Spielen zur Unterhaltung, wenn es mal kein Strandwetter ist.Sehr sauber und organisiert.Leider war die Essecke direkt an der Leiter des Bettes. Handtücher gab es 2 kleine und 1 großes pro Person.Klein aber fein. Wer Platz und Geräumigkeit braucht ist in diesem Apartment falsch.Jederzeit wieder- gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Die Whg. bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub auf der Insel braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und bietet tatsächlich mehr platz als man denkt. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt und völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr modern und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Tolle Ausstattung!! Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist auch perfekt und alles wirklich super sauber, gemütlich und das kleine Häuschen hat die absolut perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin sodass man alles per Fuß erreichen kann. Auch dass man draußen schön sitzen kann.

#### Für mich eine nahezu perfekte Unterkunft.
Ich war auf der Suche nach einer kleinen, zentral gelegenen und gleichzeitig ruhigen Wohnung. Kurz gesagt: Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Sofa und Bett sind bequem und bieten auseichend Platz. Auch das Badezimmer ist ausreichend dimensioniert, wobei für meine Statur die Dusche ruhig etwas größer hätte sein können. Aber es funktioniert. WLAN und Internet funktionieren einwandfrei. Auch Steckdosen sind sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafbereich ausreichend vorhanden. Im Außenbereich befinden sich Sitzgelegenheiten und Möglichkeiten Fahrräder abstellen zu können. Die nächstgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich habe den Aufendhalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und kann sie für allein reisenden und Paaren weiterempfehlen.

Für Alleinreisende (eine Person) ist die Wohnung optimal, wenn man körperlich unversehrt ist und die Leiter zum Bett hochzusteigen kann. Gut durchdachte Wohnung in sehr guter Qualität, um alles Notwendige auf kleinem Raum unterzubringen. Einziges Manko: Leider kann man vom Bett aus nicht so gut fernsehen.

In dieser kleinen, aber sehr durchdachten Ferienwohnung kann man einen super Urlaub verbringen. Die Ausstattung - insbesondere in der Küchenzeile - ist super und lies keine Wünsche übrig.
