All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can ask them with directions and tours. The location is the best. Very centrally located. Very clean as well. The only thing is that the taxi will not take you to the front of the hotel because it's a walking zone. It's about 5 minutes walk. But other than that, it's the best stay in Rome. Me and my husband were very happy with our stay. Danny gave us the room with the balcony. Plus it is few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and local restaurants. I really recommend this hotel. Very happy with my stay.

I don't recall seeing anything that said I'd have to climb 3 flights of antiquated stairs to get to the room I reserved. The toilet paper in the shared bathroom ran out and when I asked for more, the manager was surpised there wasn't anymore in the bathroom. She went to get another roll - and handed me a <1/2 roll of toilet paper! The towel I was given was clean, but thin and much used previously.
