No elevator to go to the rooms upstairs. The reception is hard to find, you will need to be in good shape to get around the hotel a lot of stairs

Our stay was great!! From the staff to the room to the breakfast! It was a trendy and chic boutique hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. The only small issue we had was the shower set up…water splatters a little out of the shower, but it did dry up pretty quick, definitely not something that would deter us from coming back. 24 hour market, cute shops and great places to eat!! Breakfast was just enough to fuel you up for the day and was always hot and fresh!!! Francisco and Marco were awesome and had great recommendations!! Beach a block and a half away!! Absolutely loved this place and where we will book next time we come to La isla del encato!!!

i enjoyed it the only thing is that there was construction during the day but it doesn’t really matter since no one’s sitting in the hotel all day anyway. but we had a great time and the restaurant was great staff was nice
