Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Unter dem Schafzimmerfenster liegt ein Kellerschacht mit einem gekippten Fenster, das nicht zu schließen war, weil vom Vermieter, der in Berlin lebt, bei der Hausverwaltung keinen Schlüssel für den Kellerraum hinterlegt hat. Aus diesem Fenster drang Heizölgeruch direkt in unser Schlafzimmer, so dass wir die erste Nacht fast gar nicht schlafen konnten. Um die Dringlichkeit deutlich zu machen, sind wir am nächsten Tag schon morgens zur Mietverwaltung gefahren. Dort kostete es einige Mühe unser Anliegen deutlich und glaubhaft zu machen. Schließlich sicherte man uns zu, sich um die Sache zu kümmern. Nach einer kurzen Diskussion erklärte man sich schließlich bereit uns nach Erledigung zurückzurufen. Die Verwalter konnten keinen Geruch eruieren und das Fester aus oben aufgeführten Gründen nicht schließen. Zurück hoben wir das Gitter ab und sobald man den Kopf in den Schacht „steckte“ und einatmete war der Heizölgeruch sehr intensiv. Wir dichteten jetzt mit eine Plastikfolie und einem Panzerband das Gitter selbst ab, um die restlichen Tage nicht belästigt zu werden. Eine Nachfrage durch die Mietverwaltung hat nicht mehr stattgefunden. Am Tag der Abreise sollten wir bis 10 h die Ferienwohnung verlassen. 20 Minuten vorher kam schon die Reinigungskraft und fragte, ob wir schon fertig seien und er schon sauber machen könnte. Wir antworteten, wir seien gleich fertig und wollten gleich den Schlüssel zur Verwaltung bringen. Die Reinigungskraft antwortete, „kein Problem, Schlüssel auf Tisch legen“. So verfuhren wir dann und waren etwas erstaunt, dass bei einer doch hochpreisig angesiedelten Wohnung die Reinigungskraft schon 20 Minuten vorher auf die Reinigung der Wohnung drängt. Gegen 15 h erhielten wir einen Anruf von der Mietverwaltung, wo denn der Schlüssel der Wohnung sei. Nach Mitteilung obigen Sachverhaltes, bekamen wir die Antwort, dass die Reinigungskraft ja gar nichts mit der Sache zu tun habe und der Schlüssel immer zurückgebracht werden müsse. Als ob wir wissen könnten in welchem Verhältnis die Reinigungskraft zur Hausverwaltung steht und welche Absprachen zwischen Hausverwaltung und Reinigungskraft bestehen????? Insgesamt waren wir von all diesen Dingen nicht sehr angetan und erlebten die Mietverwaltung nur sehr oberflächlich zugewandt. Nicht zuletzt ist zu erwähnen, dass der Preis, den wir bezahlt haben um 25 % höher ##### Lothar S.
