From start to finish both the staff and owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. Great food, clean building, helpful for early breakfast, nice town, safe parking for motorcycles. Will I use this hotel again, YES.

I absolutely loved this place, it was extremely cozy, free parking on site, many food option at a walking distance. The only thing its missing in the rooms is a mini fridge but all other amenities make up for it so im not taking away stars

It was very modern , open and airy with several patios ,one for dining with lots of room for eating throughout the interior as well.Very good food and friendly staff and large bedrooms and bathrooms.It is also central to the town with people biking everywhere.Lots of windows to watch the world go by..

We were really pleased with our accommodation and everything about the Hotel. Meals are exceptional as is the service. Staff very friendly and the rooms comfortable.

Arrived Sat eve then had a walk around town all restaurants closed only one bar open.spoke to staff regarding spending sunday after the t/t in the town to enjoy the party.they said they book a taxi cost 40 EUR ended up paying 66 EUR there and 50 EUR return. not a problem but for Essen on a Sunday evening being vertually shut.on return same member of staff said oh you are back early when I explained the above she said yes it's religious day always closes. so I said if you had explained this yesterday we would of saved over a hundred euro not impressed.

Een gezellig hotel met vriendelijke mensen. Alles is in de buurt en gratis parkeren, bivendien een nette fietsenstalling.

I'm a photojournalist and I was there for work.It is a nice place, but the staff needs to be a little more friendly. The breakfast was very good, but the restaurant need to improve staff and food. Otherwise I have a very peaceful time there!!!

Berichtgeving Van Bieze. Ze vragen dieetwensen op te geven voor het ontbijt. Bij aankomst moeten we betalen voor het ontbijt. Nergens staat dat het verblijf exclusief ontbijt is. We voelen ons belazerd!!

Ik vind de sfeer prettig. Het personeel is attent. De kamers zitten er goed uit. Er is airco. Het ontbijt is prima en het restaurant, Vlint21 vijf ik top; al jaren. Ik kom volgend jaar zeker terug.

Het ontbijt was geweldig, net als de kamer. Het vervangen van de handdoeken ging mis door (hoogstwaarschijnlijk) een misvatting van onze kant.

Ruime familie kamer met 2 slaapkamers 2 badkamers apart toilet en een gezellige woonkamer, niets op aan te merken. Ook nog gelegen een leuk dorp en mooie omgeving. 👍

Het hotel heeft een mooie ligging zo midden in het dorp . Het ontbijt was goed al zouden ze het wel wat gevarieerder kunnen doen . De diner kaart was wat summier maar het eten was wel erg lekker . Vriendelijk personeel en de huurprijs van de fietsen viel erg mee dat hadden we wel eens anders beleeft Hebben Drenthe her ontdekt geweldig mooi . Komen hier vast weer terug in zowel het hotel als de omgeving . Zussen v d Weide uit Harlingen

Zeer gastvrij hotel
Wij hebben erg genoten , ze zijn erg vriendelijk, schone nette kamers, zeker een aanrader het ligt ook in een erg gezellig dorp. 1 minpuntje, de bar was erg vroeg dicht, maar misschien kwam dit door de coronatijd.
