Cosy, charming and full of modern comforts! PLEASE NOTE: If you are 1 COUPLE just requiring 1 room, please select 1 guest when booking so it doesn't add the second bed/room fee. (Then let us know you are a couple in the message section when booking) Sadie is centrally located, a short walk to the main street, pubs, cafes etc. Established in 1914, she is oozing with character & charm! Comfortable, spacious rooms, sleeping up to 8 people. Lovely bathroom, newly renovated. Wood fire in lounge. Free Wifi and Netflix. Ducted Reverce Cycle Heating and Cooling. Continental breakfast provisions & a coffee machine. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the underground cellar, or soaking up the sun in the beautiful private garden. Pets and children welcome! The location of Sadie House is perfect for those who like their own private retreat, but like to be close to the town center and facilities. The main street, shops, pubs, cafe, library and playground are all within 1-2 minutes walk. Children and dogs are welcome and have plenty of room to play in the extensive lawn and garden areas. The house has been lovingly restored and furnished with a mix of new and old to create stylish, comfortable living while also keeping with the vintage era of the house. Guests will have access to the entire house and garden, including the cellar! There is one full bathroom and an extra toilet in the laundry. Everything you need to feel at home, including free Wifi and Netflix. Stay super comfortable with temperature control at the press of a button! The high ceilings and brick walls keep the house lovely and cool in Summer. We also put pedestal fans in the rooms during summer to help keep you comfortable. There is a cosy wood fire in the lounge to keep you warm in Winter, as well as a heater in the cellar. The town has a well maintained Olympic sized swimming pool and toddler pool open in the Summer months, about 5 mins walk. PLEASE NOTE: OUR RATES ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF BEDS/ROOMS USED. If you are 1 COUPLE just requiring 1 room, please select 1 guest when booking so it doesn't add the second bed/room fee. (Then let us know you are a couple in the message section when booking) All other bookings please enter number of guests staying when making your booking. Price includes linen and breakfast. CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN PRICE. Extra guests (after 1 guest or 1 couple) $50/person. There is a porta-cot for infants available on request, linen included (extra $25) We also have space to put an extra bed on the floor if it is required. (Please inquire) Dogs $30 fee per dog per stay. We ask that no pets are to go into the rooms with carpets/rugs or to go on any furniture. Dogs can sleep in the back lobby or the laundry. Doggy bowls for dry food and water are provided. There is also a large kennel in the backyard for the outside sleepers. I would highly recommend this as a place to stop and rest if you are passing through. It felt warm and cozy and we all enjoyed a glass of wine in the cellar. Every little thing had been catered for and we really felt at home. A Christmas tree was even set up in the lounge room and the kids loved it. Lots of toys/ games for kids to do. Quiet impressed. Firstly, every room is presented beautifully with lovely furnishings and touches. Appropriate items are labelled and easy to locate. The cellar is stunning and a wonderful retreat. We really enjoyed exploring each room and finding little surprises such as games, books to read, bottles of water on each of the bedroom side drawers. The welcome plate of crackers, nuts and cheese was much appreciated. There are plenty of breakfast provisions provided. The owner, Cindy, was excellent in her communication about the property and responded quickly to any questions. One night wasn’t long enough to fully appreciate all of the features of the house. ##### Diana F. From the entry through the front door I knew we would love it. The decorative styling and furniture were in keeping with the age of the building and yet the facilities had all the mod cons necessary for ease of use and comfort. I love the coffee machine! Just a little care was needed taking the steps to the cellar ... it was so nice and cool. ##### Ros B.
