Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

Everything was wonderful.. 10/10 recommend. Stadium with our family of five including three children, and it was a perfect area for exploring. We felt very safe in the apartment was very well equipped.

We had a lovely stay at Lenscape Coterie! The front desk team was amazing—welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. The hotel was clean, and the warmth of everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and well cared for.
The one area that could use improvement is the service for hot breakfast orders. On our first morning, we waited about an hour and ultimately had to leave for a scheduled tour before our meals arrived. We experienced a similar delay the following morning. Although we were seated first in the smaller breakfast room, our order was taken after another table’s, and guests who arrived later received their meals before us. Our food came last, after roughly an hour.
Better coordination of breakfast orders would make a big difference, especially for guests with morning plans. Despite this, we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness. The front desk team deserves special recognition for making our stay so welcoming!
