Hotel is nice. Parking is bad. The guard at to let you into the hotel parking lot is never there.Had to wait for him to let you in or out. Hotel is located into a complicated scheme of small narrow streets and is hard to get to it by car or park your car in the front door to check in.Front desk polite but not very friendly. No valet service. Breakfast very good. Restarant waiters polite but not friendly. Dinner was good. Very expensive hotel. I feel that you don't get what you paid for especially for what they have to offer. Overated. !!!
