Absolute wonderful location. Prime spot in Bordeaux. Walking distance to everything. Room is small but serves its purpose to sleep as you’re out late at night anyways. Staff available 24/7. Speak English well. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

A small hidden gem in downtown Bordeaux, just steps away from the Place Gambetta. Very intriguing how the old thick stone walls gave a comforting feel, and how well they paired with the inside and the tasteful setup. The old stairwell alone is awesome! Definitively high on my list of places to stay for my return.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working and apparently they knew about it when I checked in but they didn’t tell me. When I reported it the next morning they said they knew and it could not be fixed (?). I felt they should have been up front and told me upon check in. They didn’t tell offer me breakfast for free the next morning as compensation. It’s more about what I consider to be the deception up front that bothered me. Other than that the room was nice and the location is great.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was perfect for our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and had no issues whatsoever. The location is incredible, not too far to walk to the tram stops and all the shops. Also lots of places to eat around the hotel.
