Concierge and staff were incredible. Room is is quite small but bigger bathroom. It is a nice boutique hotel. No lift so if traveling heavy keep that in mind. We’d stay again if passing through

Decent hotel

Hotel is in a great location, the only downfall was the strange layout of the bathroom, which required us to step up into a bathroom. I think it might have to do with some plumbing reconfiguration, but we had to be extremely mindful to not slip or fall down the stairs as the toilet was right on the edge. Location was great with lots of good hotels.

There is no elevator for this property. This was not an issue for us, and the gentleman who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs without being asked. The location is excellent for visiting the old part of the city.

No lift and no air conditioning, fan was broken. It was listed as a 4 star but more like a 2. Shower was not a shower but a hand held with no place to hang it that did not drown the bathroom. Room and bathroom were extremely tiny.

Accueil au top et pendant tout le séjour. Chambre propre et très bien placée. Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et les chambres sont au 2 et 3 ème étage.

Localização excelente, fizemos tudo a pé. Atendimento excelente e simpático. Unico inconveniente foi ficar no terceiro andar, sem elevador. Apesar disso, na chegada e saída foi oferecido ajuda com as malas. Recomendo!!

Les hôtes sont un cour charmant, à l'écoute des clients (service de portage des bagages dans les escaliers), le petit déjeuner/buffet est une petite merveille de diversité et de succulence, la déco est sympa tout en étant sobre, les chambres sont bien équipées avec le nécessaire pour ranger les affaires dans 11 m2, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal en plein centre-ville!

The property location was excellent, however the room smelled terrible. There could be a sewage issue in the building. We returned to our room after a morning walk to find Staff in our room prior to checkout removing bed linens & beginning cleanup for next guests. We had to request they leave so we could pack our belongings.
